Working with TEG

TESS Demountable are pleased and proud to be Corporate Members and Sponsors of the Touring Exhibitions Group. After many years of membership, we were delighted to be given the opportunity to provide sponsorship to assist TEG in appointing a Seminar Coordinator to help plan and promote a programme of seminars at different venues around the UK. The seminars will focus on all aspects of touring and temporary exhibitions and will provide invaluable information and advice to museums and organisations.

TEG is the only professional group in the UK concerned with all aspects of organising and touring museum exhibitions. The membership of TEG is growing rapidly and they now represent many of the National and London museums along with the very smallest local authority and independent organisations who are interested in touring.

TEG recognises that it can often be difficult to connect to the right people and open the doors to organisations, so they created Marketplace, an annual event which brings like-minded people together, plus in recent years the professional development aspect of TEG has been built upon by developing a series of seminars which are now being generously sponsored by TESS Demountable. The TEG website is a place to exchange ideas and the seminar programme creates new opportunities to bring our members together.
